We are collecting your personal information to verify your eligibility under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements 2018 (DRFA), and if approved, provide the recommended support.
Including:

- payment information (including your bank details);
- details about your business (including ABN, trading name, type of entity, GST registration etc);
- trust details and beneficiaries;
- tax returns (business and/or financial);
- business financial statements
- name and contact details of professional business advisers, accountant and insurer.
Requirement to collect information
The Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangement 2018 (DRFA) requires us to collect this information.
Disclosure of personal information
We may share this information with the Department of Fire and Emergency Services and other subject matter experts to assess, verify and evaluate your application under this scheme of assistance and any other government agencies as required by law.
