This program supports the goals of Collie's Just Transition Plan 2026-2030 and the WA Regional Development Framework 2026

hold an active Australian Business Number (ABN)

are a legally registered entity that can enter into a Grant Agreement with the Western Australian State Government. For Trustees, this must be outlined in the Trust Deed

are incorporated if a not-for-profit organisation

have fully acquitted any previous grant, if a past recipient

have an account with an authorised Australian financial institution (e.g., an Australian bank registered with APRA). Bank details will only be requested at Grant Agreement stage
