We are collecting your personal information to verify your eligibility to be considered for appointment to an Industry Funding Scheme Management Committee.
Including:
- your name and contact details;
- your date of birth
- your qualifications and/or knowledge of biosecurity
- details of prior appointment to boards or committees
- name and contact details of your referees
Requirement to collect information
The regulations of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007 requires us to collect this information.
Disclosure of personal information
We may share this information with the Public Sector Commission and any other government agencies as required by law, members of the IFS Appointments Committee in order to assess, verify and evaluate your application, and the Minister for Agriculture and Food.
Consequences of not providing personal information
If you choose not to provide certain personal information, we may be unable to verify your eligibility to be appointed to an industry Funding Scheme Management Committee.
