- details about your business (including ABN, trading name, type of entity, GST registration etc);
- business financial statements
- name and contact details of co-contributor (cash and/or in-kind) to your proposal;
- name, email and phone number of authorised representatives
Disclosure of personal information
We may share this information with subject matter experts assessing applications and Department of Biodiversity Conservation and Attractions, in order to assess, verify and evaluate your application under this scheme of assistance and any other government agencies as required by law.
