Information provided by the applicant to the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) will be used to assess the EOI, in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Information will be released to the IFS Appointments Committee, who will assess the EOIs and provide advice to the Minister for Agriculture and Food on appointment, in accordance with the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management regulations and the IFS regulations.

DPIRD will store personal information collected in the application, supporting documentation and any administration and assessment activities in compliance with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
